Manage a French and German team up to 14 people in charge of the European order entry system (SAP) and of the related product configuration services and master data associated. Report to Europe Africa supply chain director. - Streamlining order entry processes in coordination with Sales, Mills, Finance and IT; - Extend the use of the European product configurator, define the functional architecture and deploy a pattern composed of a new user interface and 3 services in the pilot region South America.

Manage a French and German team of 11 people in charge of the product configurator, which assist Sales clerks in the translation of customer's needs, into detailed product master data. Reports to Europe Africa supply chain director. - Reorganise the department under 2 heads directly reporting to Europe Africa supply chain director, breaking down silos, reducing reporting lines; - Align French-German Product master data organisation with Sales organisation by product lines; - Implement Jira Kanban board.

In charge of a French and German team of 9 people, for digitalisation of product master data defined by the international Standards (ISO, API, ASTM...), by customer specifications and by internal product specifications, as well as the mill feasibility rules. Reports to the head of SCM Controlling and BPS. - Accelerate the deployment of the new product configurator, heart of SAP European order entry system; - French mills representative in the IT-project for revamping of European mill execution system.

In charge of a team of 4 people to define the manufacturing process and the routings for the full product range, and a team of 2 people to develop, industrialise and secure the quality of products for his market. Reports to the plant Quality manager. - Increase the delegation given by the process department and automate the routings creation to reduce the order preparation lead time; - Contribute significantly to the plant cost reduction plan by 2 M€ savings; - Qualify new products for the Industry market.

In charge of a French and German team of 3 people. Reports to the Supply Chain Director of Europe Upstream Division. - Steer the planning, logistics and quality monitoring of worldwide steel suppliers (France, Germany, Italy, Russia, USA); - Optimize the costs preventing supply disruptions; - Standardize Vallourec worldwide prematerial supply technical specifications into one common Vallourec specification; - Support Vallourec lead buyer for tool steels, notably for 2 new rolling plants in France & Brazil).

Main actions - Steer the planning, logistics and quality monitoring of the external steel suppliers (France, Germany, Italy, Russia); - Identify and qualifiy new suppliers (USA, China) to meet the quick rising demand of prematerial.

Representing Sales in the mill, in charge of prematerial planning, production planning, routings definition and development, order preparation, subcontracting, invoicing and logistics. - Qualify new products : new steel grades from carbon to high alloyed and high cleanliness bearing steels, heat treatment; - Extend the dimensional range of the plant to larger diameters and wall thicknesses; - Organise the capacity increase : load of finished tubes multiplied by 3,5; - Contribute to Vallourec IT Masterplan.
