Responsible for IT Projects of Crate and Barrel (C&B) both in Turkey and Russia offices, especially ERP projects. Dealing with the stores and departments of the company on IT issues. Taking role in defining requirements, analysis, testing, and implementation phases of the development processes. Prioritization of the issues according to their urgency and criticality levels for C&B Turkey and C&B Russia. Preparing yearly budget for IT projects and following up expenditures according to the budget.

Management of IT personnel in Darty Turkey. Responsible for preparing yearly budget for IT department and control of expenditures. Working in co-operation with IT teams, on Dynamics Axapta development cases, located in Italy, Spain and Czech Republic HQ’s. Communication and coordination with development team from analysis phase to implementation into live environment. Managing technical support team and maintain network components for all Head office, warehouse and stores of Darty Turkey.

Finding solutions for needs or delivering the requirements to development team located in Czech Republic. Collecting business needs from departments and evaluating them with managers. Communication with analysts and developers about development cases, testing new functions, and having key function during implementation of developments. First level support to Axapta users, providing solutions for problems. Sharing solutions with key users and preparing documentation for end users.

Consultancy on purchase and logistics modules of Dynamics Axapta in İston A.Ş. ERP project, determining the needs of customer, testing, education of end users, and dealing with daily problems. Support on Dynamics Navision in Total Oil Head Office.

Taking role in distribution, analyze and solving problems of Sales&Distribution software aiming at control of sales and distribution processes via handheld terminals at the distributors of Frito Lay, a Pepsico group company. Leading the team during the implementation of S&D system.
