• Responsible for ensuring that the Quality Management System (QMS) is fully developed and implemented in an organized efficient manner. Manage all projects quality requirements with respect to project contract and international codes. • To Organize and support the site quality team. Working closely with related engineering, construction, fabrication vendors, equipment suppliers and oversee project quality to ensure compliance to codes, standards, regulations and project requirements.

Prepared a turn-over system and turnover the project to the client with respect to project contract. • Managing the PED (97/23/EC) requirements in order to receive CE certificate for the whole assembly of the plant.

Scope of project; 2 GT in combined cycle CCGT (2+1 configuration - 837 MW) • Responsible to manage EPC deliverables on behalf of the Owner and to supervise and manage all Mechanical works, undertaken and executed by the EPC Contractor/ subcontractors. • Reviews the EPC Contractor’s quality plans, ITP’s, P&ID’s and procedures in accordance with the international standards. • Responsible for all welding and NDE works. Reviews of the PQR&WPS's.

Overseeing inspecting and managing of the Turkish projects for international foreign companies. Controlling and supervision of mechanical projects (Pipe fabrication, Painting & Coating, Storage tanks, Steel Structural systems, Static & Rotatic equipment’s, Pressure vessels. Welding and NDT & Mechanical inspections) base on client requirement according to international standards. Reviewing and preparation of all necessary documentation for client

• Responsible for all mechanical works and quality control (Installation, Welding & NDT) of the project equipment’s, according to project spec. • Preparing project ITP's & Work Procedures according to International standards. • Managing and controlling of static and rotating equipment’s (API 686), storage tank erection (API 650), steel structural works, fabrication of above &underground pipes, HVAC & Firefighting system. Installation, welding &NDT activities according to project specifications.
