• Responsible for full life-cycle of projects from initiation to completion and maintenance period. • Coordinate IT and financial affairs, strategic planning, supply chain management departments for new value added projects. • Coordination of IT department and consultancy firms on the new projects. • Create and implement new value added business development projects with the business units. • Algorithm and integration design of the new projects. • Overall Requirement Analysis.

• According to the ITPM (Information Technologies Project Methodology) of the company, I had a role as a both project leader and project analyst at the new business development projects which needs in-house software development. • As a project leader and project analyst all the required documentations, project time plan, test and educational processes are fulfilled.

• In-house developed projects algorithm with business unit, integration design and documentation of those. • Managing user’s development requests on ERP, consulting user’s development requests on ERP to decide what kind of development will be best match with their needs. • Communication with the ERP’s owner software company which is a third party. • Testing and documentation of new developments on ERP. • Presenting new developments to users.

It is a subdepartment of industrial engineering. System design of big concepts are the main concept.
