Responsible for the ACTIA Energy account in the Tunisian subsidiary, including but not limited to: - Serving as the primary point of contact and a communication facilitator. - Receiving client requests, translating them into internal projects, and ensuring the follow-up. - Managing an extended team of 20 persons and ensuring effective staffing. - Issuing monthly billing and management reports.

Responsible for the project management throughout the entire project life cycle for the development of Set-Top-Boxes for Europe and South America regions, including but not limited to: - Product development from requirements elicitation until product deployment on the field. - Process enhancement based on the Agile methodologies and the ISO9001. - Team development: ramp-up, skills and career development.
