Renault BJA Project Quality Team Leader , reporting to Renault/Turkey : • Manage suppliers off process readiness for serial production (Monitor tooling/molds/assembly lines/control fixtures) referring ANPQP Phases. • Manage DDM (ECR) status in terms of engineering and cost. • Manage geometry improvement studies. • Manage AVES vehicles’ supplier parts (quality & logistics) • Daily & Weekly reporting to Renault BJA Project Director.

Project Manager ( Renault LFF Program for Project & Serial Phases (IP & Center Console Products ), reporting to France/Meru) : • Manage Customer Quality Claims & Customer Relations. • Manage Engineering activities (Mock-up & Tolerance Stack Analysis) • Manage CFs /Test Equipment / Assembly Jigs / Poke Yoke (Design Approval & Launch activities) • Manage ECRs and its budget for plastics injection moulds. • Manage Project Tool Launch & Project Logistics activities

Supplier Advanced Quality Engineer: •Initiate and manage Supplier APQP activities with suppliers in order to achieve project timing for RSA, PSA, BMW and Opel projects for metal and plastics components. •Sign Off and approve Supplier PPAP submissions. •Establish and track tooling status and timing •Record impact of changes and delays to Project Team. •Provide on-site launch support at supplier locations as necessary in order to achieve project objectives

Quality Engineer: •CCC certification from CCAP for driver seats •Ford Q1 & Ford Otosan Projects Coordinator •MAN, Mercedes, Ford Otosan , Tofaş, Karsan Quality Representative •Receiving the customer complaints, initiate the corrective actions •Follow up open Customer Complaint and 8D reports •Dealing up with customer visits and audits. •Execute the TS 16949 audits (system, manufacturing process audits) •PPAP, FMEA, MSA, SPC activities.

Quality Engineer: •I have initially established ISO 9001:2000 Quality Management System throughout the company. •Creating the Supplier Quality Reference Manual and deliver to the suppliers , scheduling Supplier Audits , creating Supplier Performance Assessment Parameters & Method, realization of supplier audits (Quality System, Process, Product Audits) , reporting supplier audits, assessing suppliers and monitoring their performance , carrying out activities related to Advance Product Quality Planning.
