Follow quality issues and PDA in order to achieve project KPI targets (Quality, assembly and logistic). Manage multiple concurrent feature projects, implemented crisis prevention and re-engineering to ensure accuracy. Participate in project testing, report formatting, and issue resolution, implementing changes as needed to resolve issues and maintain operational workflow. Review and update strategy based on regular metrics and actionable reports. Tracked and reported KPIs to the KD Project Office.

- Responsible to follow up the approval for components in the APQP/ANPQP stage phases. - Validate supplier manufacturing processes (audit control plan from incoming to the final audit and verify the shipping status for components that are new or critical to new launch programs) - Support Customer program review meetings at the assembly plants to obtain customer appearance approval for components such as MARTUR (partner for automotive seating and interior systems), SITEL (national cable company)

Leading a team of 6 individuals, performing inspection of incoming raw material. . - Providing support to the Production and Logistic Departments for troubleshooting related functions - Providing verbal and written communication with various teams and departments as well as coordinating daily tasks/training new hires. - Managing Non-Conformance Reports/Quality Notifications, Containment and Disposition processes.

- Work with production departments to identify supplier improvement opportunities. - Research, analyse (8D, 5P, QRQC, ISHIKAWA…), and develop improvement strategies for supplier quality. - Create tools and methods to analyse and collect data currently left in the production stream.
