Responsible for complete Dubai office operation for Product Development including Graphic Designing, Tech pack preparation, FIT sample evaluation using live inhouse Models and organizing for Photo Shoot using Celebrity & Models, Merchandising, Supplier sourcing & Price negotiation, Order placement & co ordinating with Logistic / Accounts and Corporate sales and Promotion support.

Annual business planing, Target volumes to achieve the set goals. Identifying client requirement and lead time to book the orders. Price negotiations with clients and vendors. Work with design team on new collections and travel for presentations. Sourcing vendors, plan sampling and production, monitor sourcing of raw materials, ensure the product quality and testing parameters are as per buyer requirements. Conduct inspections at all the of production. Identify quality issues and suggest solutions.

Handled: Knitted Garments in Men’s, Women’s and Kids wear & Home Textile. Conducting meeting with all production supervisors and Ensuring all process are on track as per planned. Interacting with Sampling department, Analyze the CMT & Productivity details for all new styles at development stage. Supporting with Quality people to ensure good quality. Reviewing Factory Efficiency, Profit or loss, compliance, training and quality aspects on daily basis.
