-Quality inspection and monitoring for surface preparation, coating application and other things such as galvanizing, thermal spray, metal coating, PFP -Field inspection of Hot & cold & PP & Acoustic, Dual, Cryogenic insulation for pipe line & Pressure vessel & HVAC -Verify compliance to project quality plan & spec’ & standard. -Familiar with anticorrosion, thermal and acoustic insulation coating requirement -Receiving inspection of insulation & coating for all package.

In charge of coating engineering and supervision for vessel as below activity -ISO internal Auditor -QA/QC coordination with compliance of all inspection -Evaluation of corrosion & existing coating condition -Reviewing related documents -Reviewing ITP with Owner sites -Technical supporting of corrosion and coating issues -controlling all of project as QA manager -Inspection of HVAC for insulation with outfitting QA

-Review and approve CTR coating & PFP ITP, Procedure and qualification -Verify material are correct, properly stored and applied. -Verify coating & PFP equipment and facilities is ad equate for the work and calibrated when Required. -Verify compliance to project quality plan, specifications and standard. -Inspection and verify WFT & DFT by using the relevant inspection tools. -To review and confirm the sub CTR inspection reports and internal NCR’s etc.
