-To make product designs in desired volume, shape and strength according to customer requests -Making plastic filling analysis and presenting to the customer. -Performing necessary revisions according to customer requests. -To make the mold design of the approved products (customer standards, injection machine information, etc.) -Electrode design -To transfer the revisions that occur during printing to the design, to produce solutions and to follow up the project until it is delivered to the customer.

-Examination of plastic products and determination of their suitability for mold design. -Examination of plastic injection mold designs. -Selecting suitable steels, creating a steel list. -Creating a list of standard mold elements in the design. -Planning and monitoring of the manufacturing phase. -Preparing and presenting reports for each project. -Following mold injection pressures, reporting the revisions required in the design and applying them in the design.

-Assembly and disassembly of plastic injection molds. -Manufacturing of parts in accordance with the technical drawing. -Conventional milling machine. -Conventional lathe machine. -Radial drilling machine. -Surface grinding machine -Cnc milling machine.
