Procurement and managing various needs for all mine sites and HQ. Especially service, spare part and logistic procurement. Contract management for all procurement activities.

Managing the logistic procurement activities of all Koc Group companies and external clients. Contrat managment for procurement activities. Preparing the logistic and departmant budget.

Refractory procurement for Erdemir and İsdemir iron and steel plants. Controlling inventory levels and consumption of refractory matereials. Preparing refractory purchasing budget. Creating SAP purchase orders for refractory materials and IT project based materials or services.

Responsible for planning the raw material, ferro alloy and auxilary material purchasing and allocation schedule of 2 iron & steel plants of Erdemir Group and slab transportation planning. Publishing daily and weekly inventory reports to head management and planning schedule to iron & steel plants. Preparing monthly and annual procurement budget and revising it when necessary. Creating SAP purchase orders for project based materials or services.
