As the Head of the Data and Analytical department, I am responsible for the development of data infrastructure, Business Intelligence reporting, and Predictive Analytics. I have developed a Business Intelligence reporting system from the scratch, utilizing Power BI for the creation of BI dashboards. I have developed algorithms for client behavior prediction, such as predicting churn, future client value, clusterization, prediction of future value based on clients IP, fraud detection, and client's DNA.

The Commercial Department has been revolutionized with the creation of an analytical team. This team has developed algorithms to evaluate the impact of marketing efforts on sales, as well as a system of goods classification to make category management more efficient. To ensure the success of these initiatives, the company has also organized training for personnel to enhance their data operation and analysis skills.

I have been leading an analytical team that provides consulting services to companies across a variety of industries, including Retail, Pharmacy Business, Direct Marketing, Cinema, Medical, and E-commerce. Our projects have included: * Evaluating the best locations for new trading points; * Decreasing customer churn; * Increasing income from existing customers; * Optimizing inventory; * Forecasting sales; * Optimizing prices and implementing dynamic pricing; * Developing and implementing solutions;

I worked with a leading national cinema network, providing a range of analytical services. This included standard tasks such as sales forecasting, sales analysis, and client analysis, as well as more unusual projects such as analyzing new cinema locations and forecasting sales for new cinemas. I also developed a Business Intelligence (BI) system and Data Warehouse (DWH) to support the BI tasks, as well as a dynamic pricing solution.

I was part of a Real Money Gambling (RMG) project, where I was responsible for developing a client analysis methodology to help the company increase sales and reduce churn. To achieve this, I developed predictive analytics solutions such as early-stage VIP detection and early-stage Churn detection. These solutions enabled the company to triple the number of new VIP clients at the same level of traffic and reduce VIP clients churn by 35%.

I was part of the analytical team that developed a new national-based pricing system. My role was to analyze data using the methods and tools of Business Intelligence and Data Mining. This included segmenting customers, performing cluster analysis, and making sales forecasts. I also developed and installed Business Intelligence applications using QlickView.

As a senior data analyst, I had the privilege of utilizing the methods and tools of Business Intelligence and Data Mining to analyze customer data, conduct cluster analysis, analyze associations, and analyze trade turnover. I also developed and installed Business Intelligence applications using QlickView. Additionally,I moderated the Analytical group My achievements - the development of a customer classification system that increased the effectiveness of mailings by 25-30%, and a reduction of failure by 50%
