- Using CATIA and ANSYS to successfully simulate and calculate the mechanical and thermal behavior of an injection molded pressure distributor used in the dynamic seat of a Daimler S-Class - Diagnosed optimal point of injecti on, abrasion resistance & calculation of dimensional deviation and process security, optimized injection molding procedure, investigation and simulation with several cooling techniques

- Defining process parameters of car parts localization in Russia for FIAT, ISUZU production - Ensured consistent delivery of high-quality supplies to the business with technical support in development of parts in accordance to road and climatic conditions - Project management for localization projects - “Chassis”, “Body / Metal sheet parts”
