- Management of the full cycle recruiting process - Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes - Reporting (perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives) - Project coordination (between clients and the HR Department) - Developing new analytical strategies with Microsoft Visual Studio, Microsoft SQL Server and QlikTech - Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports to the rest of the team

- Management of the full cycle recruiting process of different multilingual profiles. - Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule - Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes - Develop and update job descriptions and job specifications - Reporting (perform job and task analysis to document job requirements and objectives)
