Project preparation: survey, conception of new system, project planning, decomposition into measurable tasks, estimation of development time and project costs. While running the project, held two roles: - technical (80%): development, implementation and launch of manufacturing executing and planning subsystem - organizational (20%): plan update, assistance to the project team. The system was built on a modern technological platform with a web-based user interface, parallelism and asynchrony support.

Development of fuel excise accounting subsystem. Technical lead at ERP implementation projects for several fuel trading companies. Performance issues investigation: analysis of queries that cause the highest overall workload, optimization to get better query plans, analysis of contended locks with high waiting time, transactions adaptation to reduce it.

Management of 7-10 developers team, which included: - analyses of incoming tasks, technical detail and effort estimation; - terms control, assistance to developers with problems solving; - code review, fulfillment of internal technical standards and agreements. Established a grading system of scoring developers’ mastery/productivity, that serves for a clearer understanding of required skills and more transparent, unbiased management.

Development of extensions and modifications for business process automation systems (warehouse management, cost accounting). Development of data exchange mechanisms and integrations (based on SOAP and REST web services, with XML, JSON, XLS files). Participation in ERP implementation projects as a developer. From 2012 responsible for the complete implementation of production process dispatching and cost accounting subsystem (requirements analyses, subsystem design suggestion, its development and launch)

Adaptation of accounting and payroll system modules to clients needs.
