• Manage the operation of the three main business units in the company: production, catering services and retail. • Responsible for the budget and the P&L of each unit, with focus on revenue growth, reporting directly to the shareholders. • Lead the work teams and manage the activities and control the KPIs of each one. • Comercial relationship with strategic suppliers and owners of our B2B clients.

• Lead the startup, assembling a factory with 2 productive lines to manufacture 7 SKU for the biggest Argentinian multinational food company. • Design the factory lay out, productive process, and operational flow. • Manage the industrial product development, improving processes, equipment, and products. After 8 month we achieve the client approval for massive production. • Implement the quality system and control needs (HACCP and BPM) as a key point to start the business and obtain the audits approval.

Product development oriented to banks and financial entities, integrating telecommunication, IT and mobile solutions reporting to sectorial manager.
