Project: Aernnova During this project I was the Provider Manager acting as focal point between Aernnova Production Lines and the 1st tier suppliers (Intec-Air, Tada, Airgrup) for Aernnova Programs: Embraer 135/145/170/190/Legacy, Sikorsky S-92/H-92, Bombardier CRJ 700/900 and A380. Project: Airbus The objective of this project was to recover the order book that were overdue and to analyze root causes to propose mitigation and corrective action plans ( main techniques used: tree diagram and pareto).
