Definition of technical economical proposal for tenders or projects, relevant to telecom systems: radio links, microwave networks, PMR, DMR, TETRA, wireless networks, optical networks, PAGA, video surveillance, access control, intrusion detection. Sales management and business development in markets: petrochemical, utilities, transportation. Pricing, negotiations and contract management. Project management, cost and budget control, monitoring of commercial performances.

Portfolio is composed by main radiomobile operators, telecom EPC, TV broadcasting companies and main petrochemical companies. My tasks for telecommunications systems were to manage measurement, analysis of EM impact, coverage studies and implement calculation software for electromagnetic field levels. My tasks for oil&gas plants projects were to implement HSE integrated systems in order to define activities and services to be performed and implemented for decommissioning works.

Taking charge of contract specifications, providing information to the engineering service, preparation of project documentation, ensuring the issuance of project technical specifications according to times defined during the production planning, managing contact with suppliers for the development and dimensioning of components and devices, responsible for creating and updating a cost database for standard devices in order to implement price-lists. Sourcing and negotiating with potential new suppliers.

Production of chipboards and derivates. The company is part of Gruppo Mauro Saviola. I performed a stage in the Procurement and Supply Chain Department, supporting Program Manager to ensure procurement of functional production needs by qualitative and quantitative optimization of supplies.

Budget analysis, ratio analysis and cash flows. Forecasting systems, business plan, marketing plan, capital budgeting, financial management, economic model, banking relationships. Planning control, cost accounting, methods of allocation, activity based costing, reporting system, variance analysis.
