• Prepared DFM models for system installation components related to ATA 27 Flight Controls and ATA 76 Engine Controls using CATIA V5 and 3DEXPERIENCE PLM. • Supported the design, integration, and release of installation parts by considering manufacturability, interfaces, space constraints, and aircraft installation requirements.

• Worked on the Environmental Control System (ECS / ATA21) with focus areas including the cockpit defog line, ram air inlet and outlet ducts on the forward and aft fuselage, the canopy seal line on the forward fuselage, and the liquid cooling system line on the center fuselage. • Gained hands-on experience in composite material design, sheet metal design, part design and generative shape design using 3DEXPERIENCE (CATIA V6) and PLM tools.

- Researching the effect of capillary tube length and diameter on system performance in heat pump tumble dryers - Literature research of capillary tube in domestic refrigerators and air conditioners - Comparing and monitoring the performance of the capillary tube of the tumble dryers - Receiving information on optimum capillary tube sizes and the benefits on system performance

- Observing the manufacture of a rocket's nose cone and body tube - Observing the insulation of a rocket's body tube and nozzle - Taking part in CNC programming and machining
