Dr. Setatira Gorji

Developed single-photon emitting devices modulated by acoustic wave generators for quantum information processing. Focused on controlling single-photon emission in perovskite nanocrystals by coupling them to surface acoustic wave (SAW) generators on integrated circuits. Engineered a transfer system for precise positioning of nanocrystals on SAW devices, including lithium niobate (LNO) resonators and photonic guides, and explored methods for isolation and precise positioning using photoluminescence mapping.

During my PhD research, I specialized in solid-state physics, nanotechnology, and quantum optics, with expertise in high-precision technologies like Confocal Microscopy, Cavity Quantum Electrodynamics, Polaritonic and single photon measurements. I have expert proficiency in Blender for 3D modeling and visualization. Skilled in cleanroom fabrication techniques and thin-film characterization, I bring strong communication and teamwork skills, making me well-equipped to contribute to actuator development.
