1.Ensure proper design of motor and components on time, on budget according to the request of the customer. 2.Ensure technical demands according to internal/external specifications. 3.Assure and support information exchange between Brose Wuerzburg and the JV Mandobrose Korea. 4.Support Korea in all communication related matters with in R&D.

Primarily responsible for EPS motor design and application, Development supplier in local, works related with Customer (Hyundai, Kia Motors) 1. Application EPS motor for Hyundai Motors 2. Parts design using Catia V5 3. Coordinate technical issues for the customer requirement 4. Coordinate technical issues for Korean supplier as refer to Brose design 5. Support purchasing team to make motor component’s localization 6. Co work with Brose in drawing, 3D modeling, DV, PV motor sample build

Primarily responsible for Seat application motor design and works related with Customer (Hyundai, Kia Motors), solve the mass production issues Also involved with: 1. Solve and manage mass production issues 2. Modified design for seat application motor(DC brush motor) 3. Coordinate technical issues for the customer requirement 4. Create design FMEA 5. Create Bill of Material 6. Create parts drawing and 3D modeling, support DV,PV and motor sample build
