Actively participated in water quality analyses at İstanbul Büyükşehir Belediyesi Sağlık ve Hıfzıssıhha Dairesi. Conducted chemical, physical and microbiological analyses of drinking and wastewater samples. Measured parameters such as pH, conductivity, chlorine, and ammonium; assisted in microbiological testing (coliform bacteria, E. coli). Developed skills in laboratory techniques, teamwork and reporting.

Supported cake, sandwich, and bread production processes at Cakes & Bakes / BTA Food & Services Group. Gained experience in food safety, hygiene standards, and production line organization. Strengthened teamwork and discipline in a fast-paced industrial environment.

Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry (English). Laboratory experience includes surfactant interaction studies using conductivity methods, HPLC training, and research project participation. Strong foundation in analytical chemistry and reporting.

Associate degree in Food Technology. Gained knowledge in food safety, hygiene standards, and production processes. Completed practical training in food laboratories and industrial production environments.
