Led mechanical design and development building automation products(KNX) from concept to serial production. Design of injection molded plastic parts, in-mold decoration, sheet metal, and complete assembly design. Creating data environment via CAD tools(Solidworks, Creo). Management of BOMs, technical drawings, and product data via PDM, PLM(Windchill). Collaboration with manufacturing, suppliers, hardware, software, product planning and project management teams during development and serial production phases.

Following the project processes of special orders, reefer, and flatbed trailers. Following up homologation processes and creating relevant approval documents. Carrying out final checks on product delivery.

Generating, editing, and managing bills of materials, using SAP PP/MM modules. Creating customer-specific orders and putting them into the production plan. Planning design changes and adapting them to production.

Responsible for design and development of instant water heater and infrared heater products. Plastic part design for injection molding, sheet metal, and complete assembly design. Creating data environment via Solidworks.
