Ericsson Lebanon supports many operators in the Middle-East and Africa. Our main customers are FalDete-Lebanon, MTN group in 6 countries in Africa and the Middle East. I was in the ELS (Ericsson Local Support) department, mainly dealing with the Datacom, IN and Service Layer nodes including Prepaid, Charging, MMS systems and all other VAS nodes.

FTML was one of the main GSM leader operators in the Middle-East. I was at the NSS (Network Sub-Systems) department, responsible of operation and maintenance of all IN, SL and VAS systems including Prepaid, IN, IVR, SMSC, GPRS, MMS, WAP and Voice Mail systems.
