Plan, monitor, and control material flow to optimize inventory levels and prevent shortages.  Develop and implement tracking systems to enhance order accuracy and reduce lead times for engineering projects.  Utilize ERP systems for efficient material planning, improving stock visibility and minimizing misplacements.  Coordinate logistics and supply chain operations, ensuring timely delivery of mechanical and electrical materials.

To develop project timeline as per the new project proposal received from the OEMs like Suzuki, Toyota, Honda, Changan.  To perform design calculations of the product and its components as product standards ETRTO, JATMA and TRA.  To develop specifications of new product and its related components like tyre, tube and bladder.  To prepare costing specifications to estimate the initial cost of the product and budget allocation.  To arrange all necessary equipment and tooling required.
