Strategic IT Road map definition / Implementation – Service business focusing maintenance & repairs – SAP ECC 6.0  Collection of service business requirements focusing module SAP CS  Determination of the impacted IT applications (non SAP Systems)  Suggestion of possible future IT infrastructure for the service business  Definition of the IT project(s) in form of IT Roadmap for service business

Data migration for service – SAP ECC 6.0  Support for service team during the German rollout of SEN Template  Data migration of all service related master data within the module CS/ SD (installed Base – iBase)  Set up of a regular interface between the SAP System and non-SAP Ticketing System CMDB (Configuration Mgt. Data Base)

Rollout and template implementation incl. data migration for service & maintenance business – SAP ECC 6.0  Implementation of the Danish (HQ) template to integrate the German regional unit within the Siemens Wind Power Business  Migration of master- and movement data within the module CS  Mobile process design (field service) & integration with the SAP System

Stabilization/ Extension of service process and functionalities – SAP ECC 6.0  Analysis of the implemented service processes in respect to integrate the Regional units (countries)  Process re-engineering and process optimization within service business  Support business to define the functional requirements  Design and conception of SAP PM module for blades factory in Aalborg

Implementation/ Design of RD template for service and maintenance business – SAP 4.6 C/ SAP ECC 6.0  Analysis and conception of the service processes of several units of Siemens i.e. Siemens Medical, A&D, I&S, STS, SBT, SBS, TS, PTD, PG etc. for the set up of new regional organization Germany (RD)  Definition and configuration of planned and unplanned maintenance processes, which should be used by all service units of Siemens in form of a template

Implementation/ Design of SEAAP template for service and maintenance business – SAP Enterprise 4.7  Analysis and conception of maintenance- and service processes of the different paper mills  Definition, set up and realization of above mentioned processes in form of Stora Enso specific global template SEAAP, which should be used by all countries.  Roll out of the Global templates in other countries (local paper mills)

Service process and organization consulting (short assignment)  Process analysis and the determination of optimization potentials of service organization based on SAP CS functionalities as add on  Definition of the country specific requirements on service and mobile applications based on SAP.

Know how transfer and training of support center for mobile service business (short assignment)  Expert level knowledge transfer between SBS Germany and SBS France to support the mobile service solution for Siemens Medicals in France  Generation of all documentation, design and demonstration of functional flow of the whole service process scenario and organizational consulting for structuring the support level e.g. local and global or 1st and 2nd level
