As Founder of Ingram Solutions, I lead a boutique advisory practice specializing in strategic operations, digital transformation, and enterprise project delivery. As Program Manager embedded within Cisco’s Global Sales & Marketing team, I spearheaded high-impact transformation programs supporting a global shift to agile, recurring-revenue sales models. Operating at the director level, I co-designed scalable governance structures, performance engagement frameworks, and end-to-end operating models to support the field engagement of over 8,000 personnel.

As a Program Manager supporting enterprise-wide change initiatives at ServiceNow, I led the global Source-to-Pay transformation program, aligning deployment strategy across 8,000+ internal users and multiple geographies. I directed cross-functional teams through end-to-end change management—applying DMAIC methodology, mapping stakeholders, and conducting change impact assessments to secure adoption readiness and mitigate program risks.

At The Home Depot Canada, I supported the North American commercial credit card reissuance project in partnership with Citi by driving agile transformation and Scrum adoption across national teams. As a Scrum Master, I facilitated all agile ceremonies, removed delivery blockers, and helped maintain velocity across a high-performing team of developers, QA, and product leads. I ensured regulatory compliance deadlines and project milestones were met without delays.

As Chief of Staff and Manager of Strategy & PMO, I served as a key advisor to the CEO, CFO, and CTO, supporting enterprise-level initiatives and long-range organizational planning. I was instrumental in building and scaling the company’s first centralized PMO, establishing governance structures, KPIs, and standardized project methodologies to drive alignment and execution across global operations.

As a Management Trainee, I rotated across critical operational and strategic functions, gaining hands-on experience in global supply chain management, digital systems implementation, ISO certification preparation, and M&A support. I conducted greenfield logistics assessments using anyLogistix, led end-to-end development of a marine inventory system, and supported multiple operational readiness reviews for global compliance.

As Manager of Operations, I led all facets of store management, from daily retail operations and supplier negotiations to marketing automation and e-commerce integration. I introduced inventory forecasting systems using EOQ principles to improve stock turnover, implemented visually optimized planograms to boost in-store sales, and trained staff on upselling techniques to increase average transaction value. I integrated e-commerce channels to expand customer reach and drive omnichannel revenue growth.
