Worked in a Cohesive Team of 12 of the Database Support Team and was Responsible for Oracle and MSSQL. Support Role demanded understanding to support Warehouse and Transactional Workload, hosted on Exadata, Linux, and Windows Platforms. Support Batch Jobs and BI Reports for business consumption. Sharad supported Infrastructure for Manufacturing Domain with a global presence. Sharad was deputed on the client-side (Belgium). Sharad was POC for EMEA and responsible for End to End Support and ask. Supported OLTP/DW Applications with interdependency with Sales Order Management, Inventory, Pricing, and Oracle ERP, Application Releases, Upgrades, Migrations, and Job Schedules via Approwx. Implemented and Supported Data Guard hosted on 10g. Led cost-reduction projects for Host reaching EOL.
