Spearheaded the Function Project Management by leading the function development for the diesel Engine control unit for platform and customer projects. This involved co-ordinating, planning, forecasting, budgeting, reporting to several stake holders, customer across multiple locations over the globe. Was able to achieve ASPICE Level 2 for 5 processes. Work involved using tools like PTC Integrity.

Directed 4 technical professionals in the vehicle function and software development team. Formed a high-performing team to shoulder additional responsibilities for vehicle function development. Acquired multiple automotive projects as the sole offshore partner for the French project team.
