I wrote the NYTimes Bestseller: Selling with Integrity and developed a wholly original collaborative decision making model. I hold two patents: a facilitated questioning method search tool, and a pocket Decider. Fort 20 years, I've changed the sales conversation to increasing ROI by equating doing well with doing good. Buying Facilitation is systems-based, servant leader method that teaches people how to make their own best decisions using their own internal criteria and beliefs.

Assessed and improved organizational structures, business development approaches, negotiations relations with suppliers or clients and organizational effectiveness issues. Designed brand initiatives and strategic marketing programs. Interim management assignments: Troubleshooting. for Information Builder’s throughout Europe, assisting them in discovering and correcting problem situations in eleven countries, to encourage business growth.

Grew company in four years (in bear market) from start-up into market with five million USD of revenues (42% net profit) and over forty employees in London, Stuttgart, Hamburg: included hiring, business development and marketing, P&Ls, and expansion to business across Europe (Italy, Spain, Germany, Norway, Belgium, The Netherlands). Developed specialized business model that included ability for staff to highly influence their own compensation and benefits structures, leading to doubling revenue every year.
