Directed daily activities of all print media in the marketing department for the U.S., Canada, Europe, and Asian Markets with 2 direct and 5 dotted line reports. Managed product lifecycle, including collaborating with manufacturing, design team, and inventory to address all product/brand deliverables. Controlled $ 9.5 million dollar budget, premium promotional items/annual schedule, product rollout, forecasting, breakeven and P&L metrics.

Provided support for National Direct Mail communications and strategy to meet internal clients needs. Collaborated with internal clients, creative, finance, and outside vendors to achieve client expectations while ensuring adherence to print production standards.

Managed direct mail and print media co-op materials, including media mail plan, forecasting, reporting metrics, proofing, approvals, trafficking, photo shoots, matchbacks, prospecting lists, circulation, vendor relations, quoting/RFQ , invoices, and product placement. Maintained archive and library of materials and trained graphic artists on correct FDA compliant label templates.

Collaborated with sales, marketing and product managers to develop strategies to increase overall market share domestically including licensing agreements, packaging, sales kits, POP displays, in- store materials and tradeshows for big box retailers like: Walmart, CVS, Costco and Dollar General.
