- Processing incoming/outgoing material, spare and wear parts order from internal/external customers - Formal examination of the orders, contracts, term and conditions and any related sales document - Generating of quotation and invoice any customer orders - Active coordination with all interfaces (eg. order preparation, disposition, dispatch, import/export control, custom enquiries, service etc.) as well as APAC branches, distributors and customers - Customer system licensing generating and issuing

- All admin tasks to support the office in Singapore - Importing and exporting data from service call/order - Generating of quotation and invoice - Organize courier services for spare part and material shipments - Follow-up all enquiries and input in database. - Deal with embassies for visa purposes - Organize business trips, visitor accommodations as well as company events

- Manage company lease accommodation/apartment - Handling inbound/outbound hotel arrangement and air ticket for employees - Advertising, shortlisting of candidates, interview coordination for assigned position - Maintain and update of organization chart - Updating and verification of employee claims

- Data entry of training details - Follow up training feedback form - Interview coordination for assigned position - Updating employee Insurance claim record and filing
