Dynamic career of around 12+ years that reflects pioneering experience and year-on-year success in achieving business growth objectives focused in Structural Analysis and Design & Development of wind turbine and aerospace components, currently working as lead Engineer with Siemens Gamesa.

I worked as Structural Engineer in India for 2 years and later as an onsite coordinator for the same customer in Japan. My responsibilities included analyzing aero engine components under extreme and fatigue load conditions and help designers in improving the component design based on the results. I was also involved in gathering non-conformance and field issue data, analyzing the structural impact of these deviations, and providing engineering justifications to whether a component to be accepted/rejected.

Preparing stress reports for geared rotary actuators, power drive units and gear boxes for Boeing and Airbus customer. Load calculation on bearing , gears , splines and housings. Carry out FEA analysis and calculate margin of safety for wing actuation system units. Participate in review meeting of PDR, CDR and DDR. Carry out dynamic analysis to find natural frequency and its effects. Carry of failure analysis to find the reason for failure and provide design solution.
