Improved prototype reliability and reduced troubleshooting time by engineering and validating electronics systems — configuring firmware, integrating hardware, and systematically testing multiple industrial 3D printers. Supported regulatory compliance for 3D-printed orthopedic and medical devices by developing quality control and validation protocols over a 9-month internship, forming the basis of my master's thesis.

Developed and implemented forward and inverse kinematics algorithms for a 6-DOF robotic manipulator, enabling accurate end-effector positioning and orientation. Designed and simulated the robotic manipulator using ROS, integrating the MoveIt! framework for motion planning, trajectory generation, and collision detection Built the complete robot model from scratch using URDF, configuring kinematic chains, joint parameters, and robot descriptions for realistic simulation.

Delivered a comprehensive technical report to the Production Manager by studying the operation of 10+ machines across Steel Slitting and Cut-to-Length processing lines. Deepened understanding of industrial automation and production systems by presenting technical findings in 4 weekly presentations to plant management.
