• Manage all marketing processes for the company and associated customers in Venezuela. • Manage the portfolio of products. • Cost structure analysis. • Define brand guidelines and communication strategies. • Design and execution of direct marketing campaigns. • Support to sales management through the creation and development of strategic plans and campaigns. • Definition and control of the annual marketing budget.

• Manage and standardization for the whole national and international operation of the company. • Evaluation and approval of the services agreements between the company and the company's service supplier. • Responsible for the management of CAPEX and OPEX in the areas of operations and marketing. • Define and supervise merchandising elements, brand advertising and social media management. • Definition and monitoring of the marketing budget.

Manage client’s service network requirements. • Perform quality service assurance on different kinds of networks (MPLS, Frame Relay, and other data services) • Make network troubleshooting management, of the services contracted by corporate clients, reducing by 5% the recurrence of penalties for breach of SLA's with these clients • Bring support to the sales area, pre-sales, project management and finance department.
