1. Introduce the Impact Staircase Model to the team (WIrkungstreppe) and map out the initial SDGs pattern for the HdE and its team; (2) Assist to plan Facebook strategies in the purpose of promoting HdE; (3) Assist to writing the draft of event report and news release; (4) Translate HdE official website into English; (5) Develop a potential list donors for fundraising; (6) Help office coordinator for daily routines.

(4) Crisis management Achieved the assigned — hundreds of people from abroad joined the event with successful media broadcasting. 2. Assistant Research Fellow (1) Assist to coordinating with 9 teammates to fnish the project (2) Internal cross-functional and external cross-functional coordination to achieve the KPI. (3) Cross-country coordination.

Its a global studies program cooperating with the university from Argentina (FLACSO) and India (JNU). Thus, I have experience in these above two countries in respect to the course attending (culture and intellectual exchange as well).

The program is mainly for students to seek their career in global affairs. As you could see, my work experience mainly focus on conducting on various local and international projects (small, medium, and large).
