As a part of Convergys, she was assigned to one of the most challenging customers Optus Communications Pty Limited, now called SingTel Optus Pty Limited. The customer is the second largest telecommunications company in Australia, which offers fixed telephony, mobile telephony, internet access, cable television, leased lines and data transmission. She was responsible to deliver technical support and service promotion updates to the customers of Optus.
