In the laboratory of Professor Dr. Michael Frotscher and Prof. Dr. Melitta Schachner Camartin at the Zentrum für molekulare Neurobiologie. The research was focused on the elucidation of signaling pathway of cell adhesion molecule (L1).

Gathering medical voice of the customer, constructing and implementing effective strategy and planning, contributing to building brand. Education, Training and Mentoring of Internal and External stakeholders. Routine direct interaction with Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) at the leading healthcare centers in the regions (over 2 states of northern India). Providing the KOLs with most updated information on the respective topic. Organization of board meetings/CMEs with KOLs.

Preparation of protocol and regulatory documents for conducting academic research in hospital setting. Collaboration for research with leading the clinicians at SRM Medical College Hospital and Research Centre. Gained detailed knowledge on the ICH-GCP guidelines along with USFDA. Assisting medical and paramedical student in the pharmacology practical training sessions. Routine reporting of adverse drugs reactions (Pharmacovigilance).

The programme involved training in the modern practical, academic and research skills that are used in academia and industry. A combination of lectures, small-group seminars and practical classes, and is able to apply this training towards the development of new therapies.

THE CURRICULUM INCLUDED: Seminars and medical education workshops in medical pharmacology about latest trends in research and therapeutics. An active collaboration with clinical disciplines for training and research. I have published two scientific papers.

Gained theoretical knowledge relating to molecular structure with biological functions and the practical skills in Genetic approach. Understood the versatility of the knowledge acquired and its application in the field of diagnostics, industry, microbiology and biotechnology.
