Part of the team providing financial due diligence services to support PE houses and Corporations with their evaluation of M&A transactions. Key responsibilities include analysing historical and current performance of the business and validating if forecast assumptions support the relevant historical information.

Part of the Strategy team reporting directly to the CEO. Worked on various projects including post-acquisition set up of finance function of an acquired entity, GST implementation, evaluation of new business opportunities, supporting the CEO with M&A evaluation, operational improvements and five year Strategy Plan (in conjunction with Group Strategy Team in Paris).

Impact assessment and implementation support for IFRS converged Indian Accounting Standards (Ind AS) to various MNC clients primarily in the Manufacturing and TMT sector. Obtained understanding of the client business and handled complex accounting areas such as Revenue Recognition; Property, Plant and Equipment; Leases; and first-time adoption of Ind AS.

Core team member for the Statutory Audits, Limited Reviews and Tax Audits of listed and private clients. Key clients were in the Steel Manufacturing, Tea and Entertainment & Media industry.
