I am responsible for understaning the client requirment & seraching the appropriate profile for our Most of the precious client like Avaya India Pvt ltd & others. We are sending those appr. profile to the client & after Shortlisting these profile we schedule candidates as per the client demand like Telephonic,Personal,video Conferncing,Hiring round of Interview.
