I am responsible for reviewing and re-branding the new to bank Customer journey and aligning the existing customer journey as per the Rebrand product. Involved in Enhancement and Maintainence of AATA (Asset Arena Transfer Agency Product), which is a leading product and provide transfer agency solution in North America. Worked on various new features added to product i.e. IVR (Interactive Voice Response) and enhancement project for client (CITI OLI) for CITI, Reliance Trust Conversion Project.

Business Analysis ,Quality Assurance Engineer for TCS BaNCS Product. 1)Was involved in Customization and implemation of TCS BaNCS Wealth Management Module for Vangauard US. 2)Also help in enhancement and modification of AML product for Citi Bank US and successful intergation with GTAS (Transfer Agency Product). 3)Last helped in Validation of TCS BaNCS Corporate Product for CITI Bank US, excuted the entire CA cycle and check that the product is working as expected.
