Client : Alstom Design and development of wiring harness and Creation of Installation Drawings for wiring harness.

Working on fabrication of wiring harness, writing work instructions to manufacture wire harnesses.

·      Responsible for Building high performance tribological Instruments by working along with R&D, Production and Electronics teams. ·      Creating 3D & 2D harness for instruments and releasing BOM for the harness ·      Inspecting wiring assembly on panel & Calibration of various sensors in the instruments. ·      Train and enhance the skills of new personal in the competence of operation of the instruments via testing.

·        Experience in Wire Harness Design and development on aerospace products. (Airbus, Safran, Airbus ecureuil h175 Helicopters in Catia V5 ·        In Depth knowledge of Electrical Wiring Interconnect System, system architecture, Electrical Installation, and harness manufacturing processes. ·        Experience in a manufacturing, production, or warehouse environment ·        Creating and validating the 3D modules wire harnesses and Electrical panels as per European standards.
