Mainly responsible for the car's cooling system, focusing on battery pack cooling through steady-state CFD (StarCCM+) and transient simulations (Simulink), with automation via scripting. Designed and optimised air intakes using Siemens NX, coordinated mould manufacturing and sponsor collaboration for 3D-printed components, and represented the team at Formula Student Germany (Hockenheim).

Supported the Aerodynamics team in developing and manufacturing the overall aerodynamic package, including implementation of the driverless camera system, CAD concept development, and Parasolid body creation for CFD analysis. Produced over 20 high-quality, hand-laid carbon fibre components for front, side, and rear wings, and represented the team at Formula Student Germany 2023 (Hockenheim).

Developed and prototyped over 10 CAD models for marine applications and autonomous boats using Fusion360. Executed 3D printing and slicing processes, enhancing prototyping efficiency by 20%. Assisted proactively in procurement and sourcing of 25% of project components from local and international suppliers.

Analysed and optimised a turbine-based energy recovery system, increasing energy efficiency by 15% through strategic conversion of gravitational potential energy into electricity, considering local tariffs. Designed and pitched an automated 12-chemical dosing system employing gear pumps for precise chemical mixing, reducing manual intervention by 30% and significantly enhancing operational safety through advanced cleaning protocols.
