A short training program to learn the techniques of X-ray microscopy on the Zeiss Xradia Versa XRM (X-ray microscope) series and working with the analysed 3D data sets on ORS Dragonfly software used for segmentation on internal material and porosity of the samples once imaging is complete.

Developed a software to improve the quality of 3D model reconstruction from TEM (transmission electron microscopy) images of proteins and virus-like particles, to be used in tandem with other image reconstruction software. Trained in cryo-electron microscopy and TEM imaging of biological particles, building upon my previous experience of using TEMs for metal/Carbon Fibre analysis.
