Developed conceptual layouts or schemes for textile machines using Solid edge. Guided a team of 3 members to successfully complete new safety switch replacement for an entire machine to facilitate cost reduction projects. Created 3d models and 2d drawings for the machines using Siemens NX. Monitored the life cycle of the machine parts through PLM teamcenter.

Created new designs for structures that can withstand the heavy load of stone crusher machines. Reviewed drawings generated by colleagues and guided them to understand the significance of functionality and manufacturing feasibility of the dimensions used. Generated 3d models and assemblies along with 2d drawings for structures. Created bill of materials for all individual parts used in structures.

Validated stability of the medical products according to the standard operating procedures and data control protocols and reports. Resolved defects in technical documents using FMEA and 8D approach Generated 3d models for medical devices through Solidworks and Creo. Handled tech file remediation for medical devices in compliance with MDR 2017/745.

Executed NPD projects for shrink wrap machines. Created conceptual layouts and GA drawings in line to customer requirements. Developed 3d models and assemblies for shrink wrap machines along with drawings for production using Solidworks Generated BOM for complete machine setup and arrangements
