At Liberty Rent translated property managers risk and occupancy needs into system requirements supporting second chance lease approvals. At Zimbroom worked on a service marketplace connecting local businesses with customers for various services. Mapped end-to-end workflows and defined vendor and customer modules.

I worked as a Business Analyst on two major projects: an Online Accounting Web Application for IT organizations and an Auto Payment Processing (APP) solution in the insurance sector. Both projects gave me the opportunity to apply my analytical skills, prepare BRD/SRS documentation, and collaborate with cross‑functional teams to deliver solutions that improved efficiency, reduced manual effort, and enhanced customer experience.

Worked as a Business Analyst on the development of a mobile application designed to connect co‑travelers and car owners, making urban commuting more efficient, cost‑effective, and user‑friendly.
