As a Senior Analyst role was to work on Machine learning models developments and deployments in the server scripting languages like R and Python. Worked on Spacy/ Numpy/pandas/R-Shiny and time Series data.

Based on the clients region account handling and creating the dashboards in Tableau and Power BI.It was a ticket data that used to be generated by the user they were categorised into user related tickets and system related ticket etc.. Also worked on data gathering, data cleaning, analysis to reduce resolver headcount for business improvement, creating data visualisation using Tableau, R, Power BI.

Using Objective-C and Swift developed iOS mobile applications.Worked on many iOS application like Avero,this is a restaurant application with supporting graphs, pie-charts to show the driving profit.
