I was the offshore operations team leader for Moorepay payroll services. I managed few high performing teams to deliver quality output. My responsibilities were to report payroll matrix with onshore counterpart. I research and respond to complex issues and managing client escalations through emails and calls. My role included traveling to the UK and deliver training to onshore team and external clients. . I would also lend a helping hand while there was heavy volume to manage.
