Production incharge of Solar PV Modules division, joined the company at inception stage and successfully installed and commissioned the entire range of solar photovoltaic cell and module process line in co-ordination with a team of Italian Engineers from the collaborator’s factory, gathered excellent knowledge regarding production planning, process know-how and material management during the training period at collaborator’s plant at Italy.

Incharge of production line of Current to Pneumatic Converter, Pneumatic to Current Converter. Was reporting to Works Manager. Was responsible for day-to-day production activities including job loading, supervision of the shop-floor, processing parts, sub-assemblies, and assemblies including preparing bills of materials, estimating manufacturing hours. Investigated designs and manufacturing problems to maximize production and minimize costs.

Joined the company as Graduate Engineer Trainee and after completion of 1 year training program, was given the responsibilities to look after manufacturing operation. Was reporting to Production Manager. Responsibilities included supervision of shop floor, man-management, meeting the monthly target.
