1.Handle refund cases based on the company’s terms and conditions. 2.To communicate internally with other departments and externally with clients in order to get the correct information to perform refund. 3.Prepare refund reports for banks from related refund cases. 4.Perform necessary Inspection and tracking, verification and investigation in (Skyspeed) booking management system
